The "Chain of cleaning" is a scraper conveyor (double chain), which is typically installed under another machine, the latter obviously bottomed "open" (example Apron feeder with overlapping metallic decks , Apron feeder with hinged metallic decks, rubber conveyor belt, belt feeder , all without inferior covers) allows you to collect any material loss from the machine above and conveying it to the discharge recovering the same material for the production process downstream, avoiding wastage and leakage into the surrounding material, finally, ensuring the maximum cleaning of the work area and the greater security of operators working on maintenance.
It is typically made with a Box (open top) consists of:
- N.2 sides of sheet steel S275JR (Fe430B) C-shape blended with the upper and lower wing perforated.
- N.1 bottom of sheet steel S275JR (Fe430B) or on demand in wear-resistant steel (Hardox 400, Roc 400)
- N.2 flat steel sliding in C40 steel or at the request in wear-resistant steel (Hardox 400, Roc 400) or at the request Polizene high molecular weight.
Completing the machine one drive head including group Motor + Reducer and a tail head comprehensive of tension system (with torsion springs helical or cup springs kit) and predisposition for speed control .
The handling of the material is possible with two link chains (driven by suitable toothed driving wheels) that by suitable hooks allow transversl flights the scraping of the bottom machine and the conveying of the material recovered from the discharge chute to bring it back into the production cycle.
The chains can have cleaning path:
- Straight;
- C;
- Closed O.
Typical areas of use are: Glass, Cement, power plants biomass-fired , companies producing lime, Prefabrication.
We can also create special "Cleaning chains" rectilinear , without box or better with case made of a suitable pit-basement concrete that serves as a transport channel.
Typical application of this solution is in companies manufacturing cement (example honeycomb panels) for recovery scraps.
