Screw conveyors are probably the oldest transportation system for bulk products and liquids (based on the "worm"-auger-elica Archimedes) but in many areas are still the transportation system more effective and widespread on such as engineering will never cease to find inspiration to improve.

CONSTRUCTIVE:
Execution in painted carbon steel, galvanized or stainless steel AISI 304/316.
Motors, gear motors or variable speed electric drive.
Transmissions V-belt, chain or direct transmissions.
Tubular channel or Hexagon channel or U-profile of suitable thickness according to the dimensions of machine and characteristics of the material to be conveyed.

Shaft (with double seal stuffing ), supported at both ends by aligning bearings (external) ball or roller and with any axial bearing thrust (series "Heavy-Duty”)
The intermediate supports of the shaft with spirals are possible with bushings in a low friction material (bronze, ertalon, ertalite food, ferrozel) depending on the products to be conveyed or also with special bearings Cooper type into two halves.
